AYSO United Arizona has a great group of young adults whom work hard on and off the field. The Player of the Year award is unique in youth soccer and meant to highlight players that exemplify the AYSO United today player.
Player development is important. But, developing young adults into thoughtful, hard working and independent minded adults makes a well rounded player. The Player of the Year award looks at not only on the field leadership, soccer skills and hard work but off the field success in school and beyond.
